BOOKING AND PAYMENT OF STUDIO TIME

Please read carefully!

50% deposit required to book any studio time.

(cash, check or money order are accepted)

Short notice sessions can be booked with no deposit.

(approval by Soundscribe is required)

No shows and late cancellations (less than 48 hrs) forfeit deposit.

(for short notice bookings, 50% of time booked will be charged)

Balance due at end of each session.

(no exceptions)

Session start and stop times are set at time of booking by client.

(Don't be late, Clock starts at time set by client when booking is made)

Client must pay for all time booked during each session.

No work will be done in advance of payment.

(payment is due when services are rendered)

All recording media remains property of Soundscribe until final payment is made.

(Soundscribe reserves the right to wait for checks to clear)

Bad checks incur $25.00 NSF fee and must be repaid in cash or money order.

GENERAL POLICIES

à     The start and stop times will be agreed upon when the session is booked.  Be on time for each session.  Hourly rates and block time start accruing at the time booked by the artist or record label.

à     Keep the number in your party to only those needed for the session. (This will help things move smoother and save you money and time)

à     No illegal drugs or alcohol inside the studio.  

à     Soundscribe Studios will not be held liable for any objects left on the premises.
